How credits work.
Two things cost credits: model calls, and order cards past your monthly allowance. The decision itself is never charged.

Cards beyond the allowance cost 2 credits each, on any route. The counter resets on the first of the month.
A trading signal is never dropped.
A card that goes missing during market hours is the worst thing this product could do, so an empty balance slows you down in stages instead of cutting you off.

Any pack settles the negative balance first, then delivery resumes. Held cards are not re-sent; by then they are stale.
About the money.
No. A pack is a balance, not a period. Spend it over a week or over a year; the credits sit there until you use them.
Packs are priced in US dollars, tax not included. Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase and the ledger on your billing page lists it. We do not issue GST invoices yet; if your accounts need one, write to us and we will send a manual one.
Unspent credits are refunded to the same payment method if you ask within 14 days of the purchase. Credits already spent on model calls or delivered cards are not refunded. There is no button yet; write to us.
Order cards keep coming. Delivery runs on credit down to −100 credits or for 7 trading days, whichever comes first, with a daily reminder in Telegram. Only studio chat stops at zero. After the grace period new cards are held, still journaled, and you get a notice; buying any pack settles the balance and delivery resumes.
Yes. Webhook alerts are a paid TradingView feature and your plan has to include them. Sarathi does not include, resell or discount TradingView; it only receives what your alert posts.
The paper route is never charged. Cards on the paper route count toward the same monthly allowance as live cards, so a free account gets 30 a month and pays 2 credits for each one after that. Nothing else about paper trading costs anything.
